The backbone of the ICL Institute of Engineering and Technology and ICL Institute of Management and Technology is its professional top management, nationally and internationally recognized trainers and auditors, good infrastructure, sound financial position and core values to do excellent quality work in all spheres. Er. Sanjeev Chadha (President)

is a person of repute and dynamism.
He is Post Graduate in Production Technology and Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. He is corporate member of ASME & ASQC. He has wide auditing experience in variety of industries i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Service Sector & Educational Institutions. He has held Senior Techno Management positions as Factory Manager in companies as Bharat Electronics Ltd. and Groz-Becket Asia Ltd. His last assignment was Managing Director of Moody ICL Certifications Limited. Presently he is Managing Director of ICL Calibration & Testing Services (P) Limited.
He has the rare distinction of being awarded 'Rashtriya Ratan Award'.

Mrs. Bindu Chadha (Secretary)

is very humble, polite, kind hearted and
down to earth lady. She is a graduate from Jodhpur University. She has in her account numerous degrees of office management. She has an experience of working with many leading MNC groups. Presently she is the Director and share holder in ICL Calibration & Testing Services (P) Ltd, ICL Infrastructure (P) Ltd and Innominds Out Sourcing Solution (P) Ltd. She is also the Chief Operating Officer of ICL- ONE WORLD NGO. Her aim of joining this group is to educate and recruit the children from poor families. Her active role will be in human welfare of weaker segment of the society. Her mission is to uplift the weaker section of the society by doing their placements in the best organizations. Her sole motto is to make avail the professional, effective and approachable education system to the children from poor families. She believes in enhancement of social and economic conditions of society members to strengthen the society.

Er. Sanjiv Kumar Prabhakar (Vice President)

Er. Sanjiv Kumar Prabhakar is Master of Technology in construction management and former head of construction in Punwire. He is the founder cum CEO of OEIS established in 1992, a well known name in the field of Education and Immigration consultancy providing one stop solutions for school students for summer camps in Canada to higher studies in foreign universities and research scholars across the globe.
Message of the Vice President
It is an honour and matter of pride that ICL fraternity is stepping into thethird year of inception with better maturity and greater achievements. ICL has been a visible brand due to the novel and innovative efforts of all the members of the fraternity and I extend heartiest compliments to all the members of ICL family.
The pedagogy at ICL is engineered to impart comprehensive learning about all areas of Engineering, Architecture and Management and it develops a global outlook on market realities and understands the dynamics of the corporate world. Experimental learning is given a central role in the whole pedagogy. Experts from corporate sectors share their insights on the sector thereby adding value to students learning. The intellectual capital available at ICL provides a challenging environment for the students in terms of rigor and conceptualization required to successfully complete the programme.
We at ICL are extremely happy to see the enthusiasm and eagerness shown by the current batch of students in grabbing every opportunity that has come their way. The effects of such involvement are clearly visible in their transformation to future Engineers and Managers.

Brigadier NP Sharma,VSM (Retd) (Director General)

Brigadier NP Sharma,VSM (Retd) is the
Director General at ICL Hi-Tech Educational Society. He is a academically highly qualified professional who is widely acclaimed for his contributions in Defence, in the areas of Academics, HR, Logistics and Personnel Management. He is M. Tech. (Comn& Radar Engg) from IIT Delhi and M Phil (Defence and Administration) from Devi Ahilyabhai University Indore. Besides, he also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. While in the Army, the Director General has handled numerous prestigious assignments with distinction. He was member Teaching Faculty in the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering and Head of the Department of Defence Studies in Defence University of Armament Technology, Pune.
For his contributions of exceptionally high order in the Defence Services, Director General was honoured with the prestigious award of VISHISHT SEVA MEDAL on 26th January, 2009. Besides, he also holds the Chief of  Army Staff’s Commendation as well as the commendation of General Officer Commanding-in-Chief for his contributions of exceptionally high order in the fields of Engineering and Management Technology.
The Director General was also approved by the Govt of India for the coveted rank of Major General in the Indian Army but he joined the ICL HI-Tech Educational Society before he could assume this coveted honour in the Defence Services.

Lt. Col. JS Virk (Retd.) (Director Administration & Business Development)

is Head of Administration at ICL
Hi-Tech Educational Society. He is Masters in Physics from J&K University in 1972 standing second in order of merit. A Tele-communications Engineer served as army officer in Corps of Signal for 34 years in capacity of Commanding officer, General Staff and Instructor at Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, Mhow (Indore). He is technical staff qualified officer from Institute of Armament Technology (DRDO) Pune, besides MIE and PGDCA. He would groom management and engineering students in personality development, leadership, mannerism and antiquates.
A fatherly figure to the students at college campus and hostels with aim to groom and inculcate quality human values. A keen sport person having represented University and Services (Ranji Trophy) in Cricket during mid seventies. A single digit golfer would provide motivation and training in sports to imbibe team spirit and camaraderie amongst the students.
He has been awarded “Chief of Army Staff Commendation” twice in 1995 and 1997 for exceptional contribution and excellence in the field of engineering and communication in defence services.
