Mrs. Bindu Chadha (Sr. Vice President & Chief Operating Officer)

is very humble, polite, kind hearted and
down to earth lady. She is a graduate from Jodhpur University. She has in her account numerous degrees of office management. She has an experience of working with many leading MNC groups. Presently she is the Director and share holder in ICL Calibration & Testing Services (P) Ltd, ICL Infrastructure (P) Ltd and Innominds Out Sourcing Solution (P) Ltd. She is also the Chief Operating Officer of ICL- ONE WORLD NGO. Her aim of joining this group is to educate and recruit the children from poor families. Her active role will be in human welfare of weaker segment of the society. Her mission is to uplift the weaker section of the society by doing their placements in the best organizations. Her sole motto is to make avail the professional, effective and approachable education system to the children from poor families. She believes in enhancement of social and economic conditions of society members to strengthen the society.

Er. Sanjiv Kumar Prabhakar (Vice President)

has done Master of Technology in
construction management. He is the founder cum CEO of OEIS established in 1992, a well known name in the field of Education and Immigration consultancy providing one stop solutions for school students for summer camps in Canada to higher studies in foreign universities and research scholars across the globe.

Mr. Dinesh Vermani (Director Finance & Treasurer)

is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and
is the member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1985. He has mammoth, rich & valuable experience in financial planning, tax planning, auditing & management consultancy. He is also a qualified Information System Auditor recognised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Lead Auditor for Management Systems. He has been associated with various Multi National Companies and had been working very closely with their offices in Asia Pacific & Middle East region.
He is having more than 23 years of post qualification experience and has worked very closely with the industry. He is extensively travel professional of highest integrity & repute.

Dr. S.P. Tayal (Director - Principal)

is a renowned academician in the field of
Engineering with a dual specialization in Machine design and Production. He holds double M.Tech.(Machine Design with honours from IIT, Roorkee and Production Engineering from Panjab University) and Ph.D. from IIT, Roorkee. He is FIE, FIV, MISME, MCGC, MISI, MSEAST. He has a wide teaching experience spanning over 38 years along with rich administrative experience as a Principal of reputed Engineering Colleges. He has more than 120 research papers in various national & international journals, conferences to his credit, authored numerous books and chaired various conferences. He has held important positions as Chairman, Board of Studies of PTU, Jalandhar and SLIET, Longowal; Member Board of Studies of NIT, Kurukshetra and Hamirpur, Panjab University, Chandigarh., Technical Expert by Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt of India, New Delhi. For the excellent contribution to the field of Engineering Sciences, he has the rare distinction of being awarded “Rashtriya Ratna Shiromani Award”.

Prof. Sarvjit Kaur (Director Operations/HR, Training & Placement)

is Director-HR, Training and Placement at
ICL Hi-Tech Educational Society. She has done her Masters in Sociology in 1995 from Punjab University, Chandigarh and Master of Business Administration in HR and Marketing in year 1997 from Punjab School of Management Studies, Punjabi University, Patiala. She is in later stages of completing her Doctorate degree. She has more than 12 years experience, with around 10 years in education sector and 2 years in Industry with lots of consulting to Industry in area of Training and Development. She has extensive experience in conducting workshops for the industry where the focus is on development of skills and implementing behavioural changes.
Our Director-HR, Training and placement will provide guidance to the students and parents regarding the needs for skill development and suitability of courses being offered. Her focus is to enable ICL Hi-Tech students to obtain excellent jobs after their studies at ICL Hi-Tech campus.

Lt. Col. JS Virk(Retd.) (Head Administration)

is Head of Administration at ICL
Hi-Tech Educational Society. He is Masters in Physics from J&K University in 1972 standing second in order of merit. A Tele-communications Engineer served as army officer in Corps of Signal for 34 years in capacity of Commanding officer, General Staff and Instructor at Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, Mhow (Indore). He is technical staff qualified officer from Institute of Armament Technology (DRDO) Pune, besides MIE and PGDCA. He would groom management and engineering students in personality development, leadership, mannerism and antiquates.
A fatherly figure to the students at college campus and hostels with aim to groom and inculcate quality human values. A keen sport person having represented University and Services (Ranji Trophy) in Cricket during mid seventies. A single digit golfer would provide motivation and training in sports to imbibe team spirit and camaraderie amongst the students.
He has been awarded “Chief of Army Staff Commendation” twice in 1995 and 1997 for exceptional contribution and excellence in the field of engineering and communication in defence services.
