 ICL Hi Tech Educational Society was founded in 2008 to breed top quality, highly diligent and tailor-made crop of technocrats, managers and professionals.

The Engineering and Management Institutes started functioning  in 2008. The  Architecture and Hotel Management  and Catering Technology  and Pre Engineering Institutes  started in 2009. The Diploma Engineering was added in 2010.
