Security and Discipline

ICL is a name to mention for high security and the discipline maintained in the campus monitored by the retired defense persons.
Gate and perimeter security has been of outstanding standard. Strict vigil is being maintained for the discipline in and around the campus.

Library

A full fledge formal & in-formal library exists in the College with high-end facilities.

The Institute's library facilitates the student centered learning, research and information literacy.

Library operates from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on all working days except on Saturdays and Sundays.

Books written by authors of eminence in various disciplines of engineering & MBA have been provided in adequate numbers for the students.

Photostat facility is available at the normal price.

Library membership is granted for one academic year on payment of nominal charges

The institute's computerized library network not only offers traditional library facility but also provides regular magazines, journals, periodicals of reputed organizations for students use.

A book bank for the needy students is also available in the library.

Internet, DVDRW, Bibliographies, reading list available.

Internet Lease Line connectivity:

Centrally air-conditioned computer centre having about 300 advanced PC's with world class networking the high speed  are available.

Lease line connectivity internet facility having a band width of 4 Mbps is available for the students round the clock.

The students are also provided with the separate slots of internet in addition to the curriculum program.

Sports Facilities

Inter Institutes and local level tournaments are held to exploit the competitive and sportsman spirit.

The playgrounds and infrastructure for the outdoor games of basketball, volley ball, cricket and badminton have been made available in the campus.

The facilities for indoor games table tennis , carom and satranj are also available.

Extra-Curriculum Activities:

The institute has set up various societies catering to the different types of extra curricular activities for the students who may want to participate in it.

The Cultural Societies, Literary Society etc. have been formed so as to provide the students with an institutional support for developing their special skills culmination in a fuller expression of their personalities, Debates, Seminars, Rangolis are an integral component of learning at the institute.

Hostel Facilities

ICL Group of Colleges, Sountli, Shahzadpur, Distt Ambala  is functioning hostel facilities for Boy’s and Girl’s within the campus. 200 males and 150 female students can be accommodated in the each hostel. The following facilities are being provided in the hostel:-

Each Student provided bed, mattress, table & chair, bed sheets, pillow with cover, cupboard, bucket and mug.

Three students accommodated in each room fitted with coolers, fans and tube lights.

Vehicle provided on weekends/ fortnightly basis to Chandigarh

Students prohibited from drinking and smoking

Students to follow the evening study timing

TV and news papers provided in dining hall 

Menu prepared with consent of students

Gymnasium provided in each hostel.

Medical Facilities:

Besides separate first aid boxes in hostels and academic blocks, the medical officers have been engaged for the time to time medical treatment of the students.

The vehicle along with attendant is maintained in the campus in the case of emergency situation.

A general dispensary is fully functional. So the medical facilities for the students are available.
