Er. Sanjiv Kumar Prabhakar is Master of Technology in construction management and former head of construction in Punwire. He is the founder cum CEO of Overseas Education and Immigration Services (OEIS) established in 1992, a well known name in the field of Education and Immigration consultancy providing one stop solutions for school students for summer camps in Canada to higher studies in foreign universities and research scholars across the globe.

Presently he is the President of the ICL Group of Colleges, providing quality and excellent education in the field of Engineering, Architecture, MBA ,Hotel Management and Diploma Courses.

Shr2 Satish Prabhakar is graduate in Commerce  from Punjab University with varied  experience in the corporate and the industry.

He has served in the Punwire , a PSU  for over six years in the marketing dept. The experience gained from the Punwire was instrumental in setting up  Total Quality Assessment Pvt Ltd in 2003 in capacity of the Managing Director.

He is proprietor of the Global Quality Associate dealing in the ISO field. He is also partner in the International Quality Associates.

He has in-depth experience and expertise in the field of marketing, operations  and ISO 9001,14001,18001 and HACCP.
He is qualified  lead auditor in 9001 and 14001.

Presently, he is Secretary, ICL Group of Colleges and directly monitoring the marketing , brand promotion and admission process.  
 

3Brigadier NP Sharma,VSM (Retd) is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ICL Group of Companies. He is a academically highly qualified professional who is widely acclaimed for his contributions in Defence, in the areas of Academics, HR, Logistics and Personnel Management. He is M. Tech. (Comn& Radar Engg) from IIT Delhi and M Phil (Defence and Administration) from Devi Ahilyabhai University Indore. Besides, he also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

For his contributions of exceptionally high order in the Defence Services, Director General was honoured with the prestigious award of VISHISHT SEVA MEDAL on 26th January, 2009. The Director General was also approved by the Govt of India for the coveted rank of Major General in the Indian Army but he joined the ICL HI-Tech Educational Society before he could assume this coveted honour in the Defence Services.

Lt Col JS Virk is Director Business Development and Administration at ICLGroup of Companies. He is Masters in Physics from J&K University. A Tele-communications Engineering  background officer served  in Corps of Signal for 34 years in capacity of Commanding officer, General Staff and Instructor at Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, Mhow (Indore).

He is technical staff qualified officer from Institute of Armament Technology (DRDO) Pune, besides MIE and PGDCA. A fatherly figure to the students at college campus and hostels with aim to groom and inculcate quality human values. A keen sport person having represented University and Services in Cricket .
