Dr. Kirpal Singh is an alumni of Punjab University with masters in the Mechanical Engineering with specialty in Rotodynamic Machines.

He completed the Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering with subject "Changes in Properties of Metals under Fatigue". His experience of 46 years in the field of teaching, research, consultancy, entrepreneurship, management of technical education and authorship of professional books known world wide speak volumes of his ability and academics excellence.

Prior to current assignment, he served as Director /Principal of various approved and affiliated Engineering Colleges in India. Earlier, he retired from Punjab Engineering College (now PEC University of Technology) Chandigarh as Professor and Head of Mechanical Engineering Department.

His most renowned publications are the books“ Automobile Engineering” in 2 volumes have been accepted and appreciated world over for the last 40 years. He is recipient of the First Prize from AICTE for his book Automobile Engineering in Hindi and also Certificate of Merit from Institute of Engineers(India) for his research paper.

In ICL Group of Colleges he is implementing global standards which can help and encourage students to achieve their goal with best of orientation and enthusiasm.

Dr. Savita Sharma – is Director Principal of MBA in the ICL Group of Colleges. She is graceful, ever smiling and takes up new challenges in the field of management and economics smiling.

Dr. Savita Sharma is an academician with a dual specialization in Economics and Management. She has done her post graduation in Economics, MBA (Marketing & HR), PG Journalism and mass communication from Kurukshetra University.A Doctorate in Economics/Management from K.U.Kurukshetra with 19 years of experience in teaching, research and administration in different renowned Institutes.

She has a vision to provide the education which keeps students to equip themselves for the struggles of life, brings strength of character, a spirit of philanthropy and the courage of a lion.
 
 
Principal – ICL Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology

Shalini Kapoor is a hospitality professional , experienced in the different sectors of hospitality industry including hotels , telecom, entertainment , hospitals and education. She is a graduate in Psychology and qualified on three year Diploma Course in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition – Panipat .

She has also done diploma in Tourism and Travel Management -New Delhi . She is pursuing Masters in Hotel management from ICFAI . Prior to current position , she worked as Head of Department and at senior managerial levels in the leading companies and institutes .

Professionally she has contributed to the growth of Fortis Hospital from a conceptual stage to the stage of completion and its smooth operations of Housekeeping Department Awarded the Gold Black belt, which is the ultimate Ambassador Programme at Fortis.

She is an effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and experienced in training & development of subordinates with leadership and team building capabilities.
She strongly believes in ensuring high quality services and delivers the same to the budding hotel management students of ICL .

Principal - ICL Institute of Architecture & Town Planning

Prof SK Gupta is B.Arch. from Roorkee University (IIT, Roorkee) who went on to do his Masters Degree in Urban and Rural Planning from same university in 1978, specializing in Regional and Transport Planning. He has the distinctionn of having been awarded the Gold medals and Silver medals in both the Bachelors and Masters disciplines. He is a Quality Improvement Programme of IIT Roorkee as a sponsored candidate from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal while he was teaching. He is also an approved Government Valuer of the Ministry of Finance.

He had obtained the position of Chief Architect of Ansal Group in 1989-1992. He has worked 15 ½ yrs as Professor in Chandigarh College of Architecture, Chandigarh, and became Principal of the same college before retirement. Presently Prof Gupta is Principal of ICL Institute of Architecture and Town Planning .

His commitment to the excellence focuses on innovative design with careful attention to function and marketability. This creativity and practicality is supported by his responsiveness to the client need and schedule.

Understanding the underlying importance of integrating the services while designing complex projects such as Hotels, Housing, Colonies, Farm Houses, Office cum Residential Apartments, Hospitals, Cinemas & Multiplexes, Mini Townships, Religious Buildings, he lays due emphasis on it. He placed great importance upon completing the projects on time within budgets, whilst drawing on the best from his design time.
